Job Description:
Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety Utilize expertise in instrumentation technology to optimize production processes and equipment Manage refractory materials, including classification techniques and applications, to enhance production capabilities Interpret drawing specifications and collaborate with engineering teams to meet project requirements Supervise mold assembly and applications, ensuring accuracy and precision in casting processes Maintain a thorough understanding of ISO9001 standards and implement quality management systems accordingly Requirements Diploma in Production Management and instrumentation technology training Proficiency in refractory materials, including classification techniques and applications Knowledge of mold assembly and applications, with a focus on precision and accuracy Thorough understanding of ISO9001 standards and quality management systems Strong planning, organization, and execution skills to meet production goals Familiarity with SHEQ legislation and legal liability, ensuring compliance and risk management Minimum of 8 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a production environment
