Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: Operate and maintain CNC turning machines with a strong focus on precision and quality. Perform conventional turning tasks as required. Work with Fanuc and GSK controls to execute machining processes. Read and interpret technical drawings using EZ Cam software. Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production efficiency. Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize designs and machining processes. Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC Turner with expertise in conventional turning techniques. Proficiency in operating CNC machines with Fanuc and GSK controls. Strong ability to read, interpret, and design technical drawings using EZ Cam software. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Good understanding of machining principles and metal properties. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Qualifications: Relevant technical qualification or certification in machining or a related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in CNC turning and conventional turning. Proficiency in EZ Cam software and familiarity with Fanuc and GSK controls.
