Job Description:
Responsibilities Read and understand RFQs (Request for Quotations) to accurately assess project requirements. Obtain accurate and up-to-date quotations from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing. Gather missing information regarding the scope of work and liaise with relevant stakeholders to clarify project details. Track and follow up on submitted tenders to ensure timely responses. Capture and update data related to tender submissions and awarded contracts. Assist operations teams with the execution of projects, resolving cost differences and ensuring profitability. Utilize data analytics and statistical methods to analyze project costs and performance. Requirements • Proficiency in data analytics, mathematics, and statistics. Ability to read and interpret technical documents with precision. Strong report writing skills and technical knowledge of refractory materials and products. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word Excel Projects Primavera and PowerPoint. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project costing and related fields. Good understanding of data analysis methods and KPIs Key Performance Indicators. Quantity surveyor experience preferred. 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
